What a year so far........
- I had the honor of Producing and Engineering Tim Freedman's (The Whitlams) debut album for Sony/BMG titled "Australian Idle". It's on the shelves now people, check it out
- After taking out Album of the Year and Male Artist of the Year at the 2011 CMAA Awards Graeme Connors and I have teamed up again to produce Graeme's new album "At The Speed Of Life" which is also out now.
- McAlister Kemp (ABC/Universal) won Best New Talent at the same awards for their debut album which I produced. We recently finished their new album. The new single "Country Proud" is out soon........
- Just finished an EP for the next big thang Morgan Evans who's signed to Warner Music.
- Phil Davidson's album is now out. Amazing folk singer, beautiful voice
- Sam Hawksley has just put out his 5th...yes 5th album and again I was fortunate enough to work on a lot of it with him
- Kirsty Aikers album "Naked" has just been released. Produced 4 tracks
- Produced the debut EP from qld duo Sista Burley
- Spent half of August in Nashville where I produced an album and 2 EP's with my good mate Sam Hawkesly as part of our Nashville Recording Package. The trip was an enormous success with all the acts (The Harmonators, Brooke Schuberth, Jessica-Jade Bruce) having the time of their lives and the projects all sounding amazing
- Have also finished albums for the amazing Perth folktronica duo Blanche Dubois and comedy duo Ride The Wombat. Also EP's/singles/demos for Ian Moss, Harry Hookey, Tamara Stewart
- Played bass/guitars/synth on Josh Pyke's incredible new album "Only Sparrows" as well as bass on some tracks for Shannon Noll's newie.

Matt and Graeme finally received their Golden Guitars for the 2011 CMAA Album of the Year at the launch for the 2012 Country Music Festival. The nominees for the 2012 Awards were also announced and again Matt had a pretty darn good day. Graeme was nominated for Album of the Year, Male Artist, Song of the Year and Heritage Song of the Year, Kirsty Aikers was nominated for Vocal Collaboration and Video of the Year and Sara Storer was also nominated for Video of the Year. Yeeha

Second is a little thang called Get It Tight. This is a musical pitch n timing correction service whereby aspiring or pro artists and producers can send or email me their vocal, drums or complete band takes and I'll whip them into pitch and time.
